Refund policy
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchases you can return them to us for a refund or exchange providing they are unused and in good condition. Please follow the steps below:
1. You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day of delivery. It would be helpful to us if you could e-mail your intention to return the goods to info@perilla.co.uk. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).
2. Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order as this will help speed up the refund process. Goods are refunded within 30 days. There is a peel off label on the top right corner.
3. If goods are returned through no fault of ours when postage has been given to you free of charge then the refunded amount will have that postage deducted from the refund.
4. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Please ask for proof of posting from your Post Office to protect yourself should the items get lost or damaged on route to us, the items are your responsibility and if we do not receive them it is unfair to us to expect a refund.
6. We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). If the products you return are faulty or not as ordered we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge.
7. If you want to exchange any items, please ring so that we can let you know whether we have that item in stock. There is no need to return the box for an exchange. You will not be charged additional P & P on your replacement items as long as they are delivered to a UK address. We will not exchange one style of sock for a more expensive one.
8. We try our very best to respond to e-mails within one working day. Please bear in mind that when we have severe weather conditions such as heavy snow, the farm is quite isolated and occasionally we lose our Broadband connection and/or telephone line.
9. Please read the washing instructions carefully. Alpaca and cashmere absolutely will not stand the agitation of a normal wash in a machine - that is how you make felt! Items must be washed on a wool cycle only and it is only too obvious to us when this rule has not been followed. We will not replace socks that have been ruined in this way as this is your fault - we guarantee these socks do not shrink if you do as instructed!
Our returns forms have a peel off sticker for you to use to return goods to us. Keep your costs down by returning exchanges without the box.
