Postage and Delivery:
We offer free UK postage for orders over £60
Our main delivery service is Royal Mail, but we also offer EVRI.

Our default postage is Royal Mail Tracked 48 = £2.80
Royal Mail Tracked 24 = £3.50
Royal Mail NEXT DAY GUARANTEED = £12.78
NEXT DAY Guaranteed IMPORTANT INFO: Order must be place before 12 midday and delivery is MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY. Please note that you must be there to sign for this service which is delivered by your own postman - he/she cannot just leave it on the porch and he/she cannot hand it to a neighbour.
Gifts
We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address when placing an order. Unfortunately, if an incorrect address is entered, we are unable to resend items free of charge. We also hope you’ll understand that reviews should reflect our service fairly, as delivery issues caused by incorrect details are outside of our control.
As much as we’d love to, it isn’t possible for us to manually verify every address before dispatch. To help, UK addresses can be checked quickly and easily on the Royal Mail website. Please click here or copy and paste the link into your browser:

We can send gifts all over the world and only charge the rates we are charged ourselves plus VAT. Ireland is classed as Europe for postage purposes. Customers in the Channel Islands need to specify their island and not select United Kingdom to have the VAT deducted - if it is not removed please call us and we will refund it. Ditto orders from the rest of the world.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with not only your purchases but also with our service so if you have any problems please get in touch and we will aim to sort them out as quickly as possible.
Confirmation emails – Take care spelling your email address correctly to ensure you receive your confirmation emails. Always check your spam if you do not receive.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchases you can return them to us for either a refund or an exchange providing they are unused and in their original packaging.
1. The item(s) must be returned within 28 days of the invoice date. Please email us and we will send you a free returns label to print off. Goods will be refunded upon receipt.
2. We will credit your original method of payment. If the products you return are faulty or not as ordered we will give you a full refund plus the postage cost. We try to do this the
day the return gets back to us, but we are a small company so sometimes it takes a couple of days. 3. If you want to exchange items please email us sales@perilla.co.uk or call us 01905 948834 so we can let you know if we have that item in stock.
4. If you return goods because of a change of mind or gifts are unwanted we will deduct the cost of postage, even if they were sent out for free.
5. We do not give refunds for gift boxes as they cannot be used again.
PLEASE NOTE Colours look different when they are photographed outside to studio shots but we try very hard to represent the colours as best we can.
Packaging:
Sometimes we have to send everything out in plastic packaging as our post has to wait outside for collection and paper envelopes will disintegrate.
