Delivery:

Postage cost for everything 1st Class Recorded Delivery - £2.84
Next Day Delivery cost - £8.50

Orders are normally dispatched within 4 working days, however we have sporadic very busy times so this cannot be guaranteed.  Please give us genuine phone numbers, we have no interest in having them other than contacting you if there is an error on your order or for large orders UPS/TNT require a phone number to find you! Orders are sent 1st Class Recorded delivery unless they are large or heavy items in which case they will go by a carrier. Recorded Delivery items will need a signature. The carrier will need a signature or your permission to leave somewhere safe. If you would like your item by the following day please select Next Day in the shipping option section. Please note that the cut off time for this is 12 midday from Monday - Friday only (no exceptions). These are sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and must be signed for or UPS for larger items. You can always phone to make absolutely sure we have received your Next Day order – 01886 853 615.

We can send gifts all over the world and only charge the rates we are charged ourselves. Ireland is classed as Europe for postage purposes. Norway is not a member of the EU and goods will be subject to import duty. Customers in the Channel Islands need to specify their island and not select United Kingdom to have the VAT deducted - we cannot adjust it manually after the order has been placed. Import duty in Brazil is so absurd we suggest you do not even think about doing an order.

It has been a labour of love to produce and source the wonderful products that you've seen on this site. Similarly, we want to be sure that Perilla also offers the very best customer service. We want you to be 100% satisfied, not only with your purchases but also with your dealings with us. If you have a problem please let us know.

Returns:

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchases you can return them to us for a refund or exchange providing they are unused and in good condition. Please follow the steps below:

1. You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day of delivery. It would be helpful to us if you could e-mail your intention to return the goods to info@perilla.co.uk. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).

2. Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order as this will help speed up the refund process. Goods are refunded within 30 days.

3. If handbags and luggage are returned after the 7 day cooling off period there will be a restocking charge of £5.00.

4. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned by Recorded or Special Delivery only. Should the items get lost or damaged on route to us you must claim compensation from the Post Office. Perilla cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.

5. We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). If the products you return are faulty or not as ordered we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge.

6. If you want to exchange any items, please ring so that we can let you know whether we have that item in stock. There is no need to return the box for an exchange. You will not be charged additional P & P on your replacement items as long as they are delivered to a UK address.

7. We try our very best to respond to e-mails within 1 day. Please bear in mind that in very bad weather we have been known to lose our Broadband connection and our phone lines - the farm is the last one on the line in the middle of nowhere.

8. Peel off right hand sticker on returns form to: Perilla Limited, Park Farm, Upper Sapey, Worcester WR6 6XX

We looked long and hard for three years to find the highest quality cashmere knitwear available and then we found Cocowai. Cocowai proudly boasts nearly 10 years of working closely with a small Nepalese family business to produce the highest quality in cashmere, woven on traditional handlooms and using the finest workmanship.

Our cashmere knitwear is made of 100% pure Himalayan cashmere - the very finest grade available. Only in the highlands of the Himalayas where the weather is probably the harshest in the world, will you find the world's finest cashmere. Known as the fibre of kings, this exquisite wool is collected from the underbelly of the Himalayan mountain goat "Capra Hircus".
